I've noticed you haven't set up the exchange as a sub-collection of a larger one. Was that intentional?

If not, you definitely can set up a master collection for the exchange as an entity and then each year gets a subcollection. I know that if you ask the AO3 people they can fix it up for you, though given there aren't any signups yet, you could just create the subcollection and link people to that instead. Let me know if this explanation doesn't make any sense and I'll try again: early morning explanations pre-caffinated beverages are not my forte.
